Return Cost

If a return is approved due to an error on our part, Zhorza Kreationz will cover the return shipping cost. For any approved exchanged not caused by an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Return & Exchange

Because each Tshirt is made to order, all sales are final. Returns and Exchange are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item.
